So first things first. This is a very mobile build mostly Perfect when it comes to not very handy situations or dealing with Stalkers or Spellslingers since the potential of having up to 3 CC breaks.

What you want to do is focus a single target or a group of targets and pack as much
into them to the point they die. Just remember you DO NOT WANT to miss your Gamma Rays cast. Otherwise you will lose actuators without any refund and you will have to use either Innate / Triage / Atomize / Fissue + Atomize to be able to continue Dealing damage. It is absolutely crucial you have the full (8/8) 'Offbeat' Medic's Assault PvP Runeset which grants a lot of the actuator refunds which are really handy when fighting in PvP combat.

    Use
whenever you can for the extra actuator, however its not recomended to use it when on full actuators its safer to keep it untill the moment you are low.

Are your main mobility abilities, Urgency at T4 also works as a CC break to all roots, snares and tethers and do not hesitate it to use it as soon as a stalker pounces on you to immediatelly get away. Triage is a multitask utility spell but bare in mind you do not want to use it up instantly. You want to wait for the right moment to use it, not otherwise.
Gives you extra 20% Movement speed, Reboots your shield/Heals you for a slight amount as well as it is an actuator gain that comes in very handy if you run out of actuators.

Is useful to have on your las slot because not only it is an ability that does not require actuators and gives your Actuator Refunds time to reset the cooldowns, it also applies an Expose that increases your damage and has a high chance of procing a multihit when it hits, to trigger atomize if you are too low on your actuators.

Is what i find the most useful CC abilities, Not just they make your oponent stand on one place what often makes it much easier to burst them down with
but Restrictor does not give you a 100% chance that your oponent will walk into it as well as you do not have the Aoe/ground telegraphs to force them to walk into it.
